1. The service

ArwaPDF provides free tools to work with PDF files and images in your browser. Each tool has limits on file size, number of files and pages, shown when a file is too large. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.

2. Your files and your responsibility

Only use files that you own or are allowed to use. You are responsible for the documents you process and for keeping your own copies. Files are processed on your device; see the Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the tools for anything illegal, fraudulent or harmful.
• Do not try to break, overload or misuse the website.
• Do not remove protection from documents you are not entitled to change.

4. Passwords

The tools available today do not ask for passwords. A PDF that needs a password to open is refused on your device; remove the password with the app that set it first. We never receive your passwords.

5. No warranty

The tools are provided “as is”. We work hard to make them accurate and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that every file will be processed perfectly. Always check the result before you rely on it, and keep your original file.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, ArwaPDF is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the website or its tools.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
