How to Convert Images to PDF on Mobile

Offices, banks and colleges often ask for documents as one PDF. If you only have photos on your phone, you can make that PDF in your browser in a minute, without installing an app.
Convert images to PDF on your phone
- Open the Image to PDF tool in Chrome, Safari or any browser and choose your photos from the gallery.
- Drag them into the right order, for example the front of a card before the back.
- Keep A4 portrait, or pick Landscape, US Letter or the image size, then download the PDF.
Tips for clear documents
Take photos in daylight, hold the phone straight above the page and fill the frame. Images are placed into the PDF without being compressed again, so what you see is what you get.
If the PDF is too big for an upload
Compress the finished PDF to the size the form allows, such as 200 KB or 1 MB. To add the photos to an existing PDF, use Merge PDF.
