IBPS & SBI Photo, Signature, Thumb Size 2026
Last updated: 5 November 2026
IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, SBI PO and SBI Clerk forms ask for four scanned images. Each has its own pixels and KB range, and a wrong size is the most common reason a form gets stuck.
The four sizes
- Photo: 200 × 230 px, 20–50 KB, JPG, light background.
- Signature: 140 × 60 px, 10–20 KB, black ink on white paper.
- Left thumb impression: 240 × 240 px, 20–50 KB, blue or black ink.
- Handwritten declaration: 800 × 400 px, 50–100 KB, written in English in your own running hand, not in capital letters.

How to do it
- Take a clear photo of each item in daylight, with the paper filling most of the picture.
- Open one of the links above. The right size is already chosen.
- Choose your picture and download the JPG. Repeat for the other three.
These are the sizes published for 2026 forms. Rules can change from one notification to the next, so check the official notification before you upload.
