Certificate PDF Under 200 KB for Online Forms

Many forms want documents such as marksheets, caste, income or domicile certificates as one PDF file under a size limit, often 100, 200 or 300 KB.
Make the PDF, step by step
- Photograph each page flat, in daylight, with the whole page in the picture.
- Open Image to PDF, choose the photos in order and make one PDF.
- Open Compress PDF and choose the target size your form gives.
- Zoom in on the result and check that names, numbers and stamps are readable.
If it is still too big
Remove pages the form does not need, or split the file and upload each part where the form asks for it.
